摘要
建立4 mm厚TC4钛合金搅拌摩擦焊接热输入数学模型,并将模型应用于焊接预热过程温度场仿真,通过试验及有限元模拟进行验证。结果表明,在预热过程中,由于热源固定,其温度梯度呈对称分布,此时温度从最高点向周围逐渐降低,工件在轴肩处温度变化较大,说明轴肩是最重要的热源。
Established the heat input mathematical model of 4mm TC4 titanium alloy agitation friction welding,and applied the model in the welding warm-up process temperature field simulation,and carried on the confirmation through the experiment and the finite element simulation.The result indicated that because of the fixed heat temperature gradient was symmetric in the welding warm-up process,and at this point the temperature gradually reduced from the highest point to the surrounding.The temperature of the work piece changed in a large at the axis shoulder,and it could explain that the shoulder is the most important source of heat.
