钻机结构建造中D36钢焊接工艺优化

摘要 通过对D36钢的成分、性能、焊接性的研究,确定了吊点结构的焊接方法及焊接工艺措施,并通过工艺评定加以评价,最后确定优化的焊接工艺为焊条电弧焊打底、CO2气体保护药芯焊丝焊接填充并盖面的方法;在打底、填充、盖面过程中最大热输入分别为2.8、2.5、2.3kJ/mm。同时确定了焊接材料、预热条件及预热温度等。现场生产应用效果证明,该工艺合理。 Through the analysis on the composition,properties and weldability of grade D36,the welding method and technological measures of lifting joint structure are determined.In addition,through weld procedure qualification,the optimized welding process is electrode arc welding for backing welding and CO2 gas protect flux-cored wire welding for filling and covering welding and the heat input is 2.8 kJ/mm,2.5 kJ/mm and 2.3 kJ/mm respectively.Welding materials,preheating conditions,preheating temperature are also determined.The results in field production show this optimized process is reasonable and reliable.
