摘要 水利水电工程坝址选择的一个重要原则,就是要尽量避开活动断层。随着水利水电工程的大量兴建,水利水电工程的大坝与活动断层的距离有越来越近的趋势。现行的GB50487-2008《水利水电工程地质勘察规范》和GB50287-2006《水力发电工程地质勘察规范》对坝址的选择都规定———"大坝等主体建筑物不宜建在活动断层上"。文章以坝址与活动断层相距0.3~1.6 km的新疆某水电站为例,以活动断层是否穿越大坝,即大坝是否存在抗断问题为选坝准则,来论述活动断层附近的坝址选择问题。 One important principle for dam selection of water resources and hydropower engineering is to possibly avoid active faults. With increasing construction of water resources and hydropower projects, there is a tendency that distances between dams of water resources and hydropower projects and active faults are closer and closer. Both Code for Engineering Geological Investigation of Water Resources and Hydropower, GB50487-2008 and Code for Hydropower Engineering Geological Investigation, GB50287-2006 currently applied specify selection of dam site: main structures such as dam should not be built on active faults. In this paper, one hydropower station in Xinjiang is taken as an example. Its dam site is 0.3 - 1.6 km away from active faults. Based on the principal of dam site selection, namely whether the active fault crosses the dam site and the dam is with fault resistance, selection of dam site close to active faults is discussed.
