摘要
结合深圳市龙岗区劳务工图书馆建设的具体实例,分析了目前劳务工图书馆在运营实践中取得的绩效与存在的薄弱环节,提出了推进劳务工图书馆可持续发展的相应对策。
Taking the construction of migrant-worker library in Longgang district of Shenzhen city as an example,this article analyzes the performance and weakness in its operating practice,and brings up the countermeasures to promote the sustainable development of migrant-worker library.
