摘要
大学化教师教育模式表现为教师教育学院的机构设置和以学科为中心的教学运行模式。这种模式无法满足未来教师对职业知识和职业能力的双重需要,因此,当前的教师教育模式改革要解决以教师职业活动为基础来设置教师教育专业、建构合理的课程和教学改革的问题,以构建科学合理的教师知识结构和能力结构为核心,真正既彻底改变传统教师教育模式,又克服当前教师教育大学化改革可能产生的弊端。
The model of teacher education in university is represented by the establishment of the college of teacher education and the subject-centered teaching model. But such model cannot meet the preservice teachers' need of vocational knowledge and ability. Therefore, the current reform of teacher education model should set teacher education on the basis of teacher's vocational activities and propose reasonable issues about curriculum and teaching reform. It should center on the construction of sound structure of teacher's knowledge and ability, transform the traditional teacher education thoroughly and overcome the side-effect of the reform.
