摘要
患者女,22岁。临床皮损特征为白色非毛囊性坚实丘疹,局部无痤疮及其他炎症病史。组织病理示表皮轻度增厚,真皮胶原纤维轻度增生;弹力纤维染色显示弹力纤维断裂、减少,局灶性消失。手足X线未见明显异常。诊断为丘疹性弹力纤维离解。
A 22-year-old female presented with non-follicular white papules. She denied history of acne and other inflammatiory skin diseases. Pathological changes included slight collagen proliferation in the dermis. Partial fragmentation or total loss of elastic fibers was prominent.A diagnosis of papular elastorrhexis was nlade.
