弥漫性非表皮松解性掌跖角化病1例 被引量：1

摘要 1临床资料 患者女，18岁。双于及双足角化过度十余年。患者自婴儿期开始无明显诱四双手手指及双足足趾出现红斑，继而出现皮肤粗糙增厚，蔓延至指腹、手掌、手背、双足底及足背，皮肤增厚逐渐明显，呈蜡黄色斑块状，反复脱屑、皲裂，偶有瘙痒及疼痛，双手活动未受限，指／趾甲增厚、浑浊。其父母近亲结婚，患者弟弟7岁，无类似病史体检：双侧耳屏前各有一皮色球状结节,
