志愿者对志愿服务的认知状况调查——以草根志愿者组织的志愿者为例

A Survey on the Volunteers′ Cognitive Status About Voluntary Service——Take the Grass-root Volunteer Organization for Example

本文以草根志愿者组织的志愿者为调查对象,通过分析草根志愿者组织中志愿者的来源、志愿者参与志愿服务的现状、志愿者的自我评价、对志愿者的保障等方面的数据,从宏观和微观两个层面了解草根志愿者组织的志愿者对志愿服务的认知状况。报告指出,在草根志愿文化蔚然成风的今天,研究草根志愿者组织的志愿者对志愿服务的认知状况,具有十分重要的现实意义。

This paper deals with volunteers in the Grass-root Volunteer Organization as the main object.The author hammers at exploring the volunteers′ cognitive status about voluntary service in Grass-root Volunteer Organization by analyzing related data of the source of the volunteers,the status of voluntary service,volunteers′ self-evaluation and the guarantees about volunteers′ right,from the macro and micro level.
