随着时代的发展,文秘人才职业化的趋势越来越强,如何加强文秘专业的实训教学就成为了当前高职院校教学改革的重要课题。为此,本文着重就高职院校文秘专业实训教学改革中存在的问题和相应措施进行相关的探讨。

With the development of the times,the trend that talents of secretary are becoming vocationalized turns to be more and more obvious.How to improve practice teaching in the major of secretary has become a realistic issue for teaching reform in higher vocational colleges.Therefore,the thesis mainly focuses on the problems presented and also the measures taken in the process of teaching reform of secretary major in higher vocational colleges.
