高温高压下磺化泥浆分解的气相组分研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用气相色谱-质谱(GC/MS)联用技术分析测定塔里木油田所用磺化泥浆在井下高温高压条件下分解出的气相中所含气体成分,研究所分解出的气体对钻杆材料的影响情况。结果表明:分离出的15个色谱峰中,鉴定出了12种物质,并用峰面积归一法确定各物质相对含量。在已确定的组分中,氮气含量最多,占被测总量的36.76;烷烃类含量次之,占被测总量36,主要成分为十三烷、十六烷、十八烷及烷烃同行异构体。还有少量的空气、CO2、硫醇、酮、苯、二甲基硫等物质。CO2对钻杆造成严重的氧化腐蚀,硫物质类对钻杆也具一定程度的腐蚀。 To simulate the in - situ field environment of tarim oil field by high temperature and pressure autoclave, to analyse and determine the gas phase component which lignosulfonate mud of this oil field decomposed under the high temperature and pressure by Gas Chromatography -Mass Speetrometry (GC/MS), then influence situation to the material by resolvent gas were studied. The result showed that 12 compounds were identified from the 15 chromatographic peaks and the relative contents of these compounds were calculated using square peaks to normalization. The nitrogen was the most among detected gas which was accounting for 36. 76 %. The content of parrffin hydrocarbons was the second accounting for 36 %, and its main ingredients were tridecane, hexadecane, octadecane and isohexadecane hydrocarbons with a vision of the body. There was also a small amount of air, CO2 , mercaptomethane, acetone, benzene, dimethyl sulfide and so on. CO2will cause serious oxygen corrosion to the drill pipe and the substance of sulphur is a certain harm to drill pipes.
