摘要
以单片机SST89E554RC和FPGA为步进电机细分驱动系统的硬件核心,实现了两台步进电机的64细分控制。系统采用FPGA控制的PWM细分驱动技术,由FPGA产生阶梯脉冲形成阶梯形电压信号以控制步进电机每相绕组在各时刻的电压,从而实现步进电机转角的任意细分控制。
The method of two step-motor 64 subdivided technology is realized by single chip and FPGA.The system adopts PWM subdivided technology controlled by FPGA.FPGA generates step voltage signal so as to control the real-time voltage of the stepper motor,then it can realize any subdivision control of stepper motor angle.
