摘要
设计了一个石墨炉原子吸收法测定绿茶中铅含量的研究型综合实验.本实验涉及样品的采集、试样的制备和分解、干扰组分的分离、含量的测定到数据处理等过程。本实验的开设可加深学生对食品样品分析测试流程的认识,有助于引导学生将掌握的分析化学知识和实验技能应用在食品分析和公共健康领域。
A research-oriented comprehensive chemical experiment,namely,determining the content of lead in green tea by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry has been designed in this work.This experimental content includes sample collection,preparation and digestion,separation of other potential components which have significant effect on the determination of lead content,determination of lead concentration and data processing,etc.So,it can be regarded as a typical example for analysis of food samples.After carrying out this experiment,the students will know deeply the whole analysis process of food samples.In addition,they will learn how to make better use of their knowledge and experiment technology in food analysis and public health areas.
