Opening and Sharing of Large-scale Instruments of Chemical Experiment Center in University

文中针对高校化学实验中心大型仪器利用效益低下的问题,从相关的支撑性政策、具体的共用模式、开放与共用效果的评价等方面探讨了高校化学实验中心大型仪器面向科研课题实施开放与共用的管理体系。鉴于化学实验中心大型仪器以教学应用为主的特点,探讨管理体系采取的有效激励措施以充分调动大型仪器专管教师的积极性和服务水平,提高大型仪器的利用率。

Open-sharing system for large-scale instruments of chemical experiment center in university was discussed to enhance the utilization ratio from the perspectives of supporting policies,open-sharing modes and evaluation method.It was proposed to stimulate effectively the initiative of administers of large-scale instruments to guarantee the practicability of open-sharing system.
