摘要 氟化铝是铝电解工业中不可或缺的辅料之一,铝用氟化盐的发展趋势是氟化铝。尤其是干法氟化铝产品在理化性能方面具有明显的优越性,既可以减少氟化铝的用量,又可以减少对环境的污染,是电解铝生产中一种理想的辅助原材料。分析阐述了国内外氟化铝产品的生产工艺,并对氟化铝近期及未来的市场情况做了分析和展望,最后对中国氟化铝行业的健康发展提出了建议,希望对该领域的技术进步有所启迪。 Aluminum fluoride is an indispensable accessory material of electrolytic aluminum industry and aluminum fluoride is the development trend of fluoride salts in aluminum industry.Especially the dry-method aluminum fluoride products have obvious advantages in chemical and physical properties.Not only the dosage of aluminum fluoride is decreased, but also pol- lution on environment is reduced.Therefore, dry-method aluminum fluoride is an ideal accessory raw material during the pro- duction process of electrolytic aluminum industry.Processes for producing aluminum fluoride at home and abroad were discussed and analyzed, prospect and analysis for current and future market conditions of aluminum fluoride were made, and some suggestions for healthy development of aluminum fluoride industry were put forward hoping to inspire technological progress of this field.
