摘要 以小麦低温敏感雄性不育系BNS衍生的两个杂交种为材料,对其主要品质性状杂种优势进行分析.结果表明:除蛋白质含量、湿面筋含量和沉淀值的中亲优势为负值,其他品质性状均具有正向中亲优势,优势大小顺序为面团形成时间>面团稳定时间>弱化度>干面筋含量>白度>硬度>吸水率>蛋白质含量>湿面筋含量>沉淀值,其中面团形成时间和稳定时间的中亲优势最强,分别为48.04%和15.70%;品质性状的超亲优势不明显,但大多数性状存在显著的超标优势;同时,不同组合间的杂种优势存在一定差异,有的达极显著水平,说明BNS型杂交小麦的品质性状可以通过选配优良父本、配制强优势组合进行改良.研究结果为杂交小麦品质性状改良以及BNS杂交小麦的推广应用提供一定的理论参考依据. Two hybrids derived from the low temperature sensitive male sterile line BNS was used to analyze the heterosis of quality traits.The results showed that most quality traits had positive mid-parent heterosis except protein content,wet gluten content,zeleny,and the magnitude of superiority for characters followed the sequence,developing time stability time softness dry gluten content whiteness hardness water absorption protein content wet gluten content zeleny.Moreover,developing time and stability time presented the strongest mid-parent heterosis with 48.04% and 15.70%,respectively.The transgressive heterosis of quality traits was insignificant,but the superstandard hererosis of that was significant.Moreover,there was significant difference in average heterosis of some quality traits among different cross.Therefore,quality character of BNS hybrid could be improved by selecting favorite male parents.These results could provide theoretical basis for improving quality character and popularization and application of hybrid wheat derived from BNS.
