摘要
为了明确番茄根结内生真菌菌株TH-1对根结线虫的抑制作用,采用菌株发酵液浸泡处理和盆栽试验对根结线虫进行防效试验.结果表明:不同浓度TH-1发酵液对根结线虫的校正死亡率均高于97%,经沸煮后发酵液对根结线虫的校正死亡率高于87%,盆栽防效为70.7%,防治效果良好.研究结果为利用根结内生真菌防治根结线虫奠定了理论基础.
In order to identify to control efficiency to root knot nematode by a strain of endophytic fungi in root knot of tomato,the root knot nematode were treated by fermentation broth of the fungi and pot experiment.The result showed that the adjusted risk of death of the nematode treated by fermentation broth were higher than 97%.The adjusted risk of death of the nematode treated by boiling fermentation broth were higher than 87%.The control efficiency by pot experiment was excellent in 70.7%.This laid the foundation of biocontrol to root knot nematode.
