枯草芽孢杆菌分离鉴定及其对番茄灰霉病菌的抑菌效果 被引量:4

摘要 为筛选出对番茄灰霉病防治效果较好的生防菌,从土壤中分离出一株芽孢杆菌,经鉴定该菌为枯草芽孢杆菌.室内平板对峙试验表明:该菌对番茄灰霉病菌有很强的抑制效果;在含有枯草芽孢杆菌的滤液培养基上,番茄灰霉病菌生长缓慢且不向四周扩展,抑菌效果达81.38%,表明枯草芽孢杆菌的滤液中具有抑菌物质;盆栽试验也表明枯草芽孢杆菌对番茄苗期灰霉病有较好的防效,且抑菌强度与枯草芽孢杆菌浓度呈正相关,其防效在第14 d时可达60.5%,明显高于对照.研究结果表明该枯草芽孢杆菌在番茄灰霉病的防治中具有潜在的应用价值. To screen the better biocontrol agents to Botrytis cinerea of the tomato,Bacillus subtilis was isolated from soil and identified.Plate confrontation test showed that B.cinerea was strongly inhibited by B.subtilis.B.cinerea growth slow and not extended to the surrounding in the filtrate medium containing B.subtilis,which the inhibitory effect reached 81.38%.The results showed the filtrate of B.subtilis exit some antibacterial ingredients.The pot experiment also showed that B.subtilis has a better control effect on B.cinerea in tomato seedling,the control efficiency achieved 60.5% after 14 days treated with B.subtilis,which significantly higher than control experiments.Therefore B.subtilis has a potential value to control B.cinerea in tomato seedlings stage.
