摘要
高压电子杀菌是一项新近发展起来的食品非热杀菌技术,它可在瞬间产生高压脉冲作用于食品基质,使微生物细胞膜穿孔,导致菌体死亡,并能保持食品的色泽、风味和营养成分.良好的电路是杀菌效果的保证,设计了高压电子杀菌电路的脉冲产生与IGBT驱动电路、输出控制电路、高压电子杀菌输出电路、过流保护及过压保护电路,介绍了各个电路的结构组成及工作原理.最后从提高杀菌效果的角度对高压电子杀菌电路的设计进行了分析.
Highvoltage electronic disinfection is a kind of new technology for food nonthermal sterilization.It can produce instantaneous highvoltage that sterilize instantaneously and keep food color and flavors.The good circuit performance is the guarantee of sterilization effect,so this paper studied the control circuit of highvoltage electronic disinfection equipment.Some important subcircuit,such as pulse generating and IGBT drive subcircuit,output control subcircuit,overcurrent and overvoltage protection subcircuit,has been designed.Further,the composition and principle of above subcircuits has been introduced.Finally the design principle of this circuit is analysed and summaried.
