基于CPLD的全桥移相软开关PWM信号控制电路

摘要 根据全桥软开关逆变焊机主电路的驱动要求,设计了基于CPLD的占空比可调、具有引弧和燃弧2个状态的PWM信号产生电路,论述了该电路的基本结构和工作原理。通过对基于VHDL的CPLD程序优化,使得程序占用CPLD的资源较少。经过试验,在IGBT栅极获得了需要的PWM信号。 According to the driving need of the main circuit in full-bridge soft switch inverter welding machine,the PWM generating circuit was designed,with the duty cycle adjustable and the processes of arc ignition and arcing being controlled.Basic structure and working principle of the circuit were also discussed.The occupied resource of CPLD was reduced through optimizing the programs based on VHOL.After testing,the PWM signals were gained at the IGBT.
