摘要 研制了一种新型双氧水高效低温漂白活化体系,即促进剂ZL-100,它由活化剂长链酰氧基苯磺酸钠和活化催化剂ZLC组成。分析表明,活化剂长链酰氧基苯磺酸钠可使双氧水分解生成有效的有机过氧酸负离子;催化剂ZLC可促进此分解在低温条件下进行,且为保证漂白在平稳、安全环境下进行,可采用复凝聚技术使催化剂ZLC微胶囊化以达到缓慢释放催化剂的目的。与传统双氧水高温练漂一浴工艺和采用活化剂TAED的双氧水低温练漂一浴工艺相比,使用促进剂ZL-100,可在60℃下进行双氧水低温练漂一浴工艺,所得织物既能达到传统双氧水高温练漂工艺所能达到的效果,又可减少织物强力损伤,且极大地提高了生产效率,减少了能耗。 This paper develops one new type of hydroperroxide based high efficient and low temperature bleaching activated system,i.e.,promoter ZL-100,which is consisted of activator-long chain sodium nonanoyloxy benzene sulfonate and catalyst of activator-ZLC.The analysis shows that the-long chain sodium nonanoyloxy benzene sulfonate can decompose hydroperroxide into effective organic peracid anion,and ZLC can facilitate the decomposition of hydroperroxide under the condition of low temperature.In order to guarantee the bleaching process in the stable and safe environment,the complex coacervation technique can be employed to make ZLC change into micro-capsules and thus the catalyst can be released slowly.Compared with the tradition hydroperroxide based high temperature one bath scouring and bleaching technology,the new technology can be applied with a temperature only 60 ℃ and the beaching effect is as same as that obtained under high temperature condition.In addition,the damage to the fabric strength is small,the production efficiency is greatly improved and the energy consumption is reduced.
