地方医学期刊采用专科分会选题组稿对学术影响力的影响

Effect on academic influence of soliciting contributions for local medical journals by specialty session selecting and organizing manuscript

目的提高地方医学期刊学术质量与学术影响力。方法采用专科分会选题组稿的方式刊发论文,比较专科分会组稿(研究组)4期与非专科分会组稿刊期(对照组)4期的基金论文比,发表1年时的被引频次、平均下载量、即年指标、学术影响力分值。结果研究组共发表论文258篇,对照组发表论文254篇,论文刊发1年时研究组被引频次为29次(11.24%),平均下载量为(18.14±17.91)次;对照组被引频次为18次(7.09%),平均下载量为(16.89±6.24)次,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。妇产科学专刊被引频次高于其它专刊(P<0.05),泌尿外科学专刊论文平均下载量高于其它专刊(P<0.05)。研究组即年指标为0.112 4,高于对照组的0.0709;研究组学术影响力评估分值为对照组的2.26倍。结论专科分会选题组稿的方式刊发论文可以提高综合医学期刊的即年指标和学术影响力,有针对性的计划选题可提高期刊的影响因子。

Objective To improve the academic quality and the academic influence of local medical journal.Methods A certain number of papers adopting the way of specialty session to select subject and organize manuscript was published.The quantity of fund papers,total cited rate,mean quantity of down load,annual indicator,and academic influence score of those papers after one year were compared respectively between four journals of specialty session to select subject and organize manuscript（study group） and four journals of non-specialty session to select subject and organize manuscript（control group）.Results The quantity of published papers was 258 in study group vs.254 in control group（P0.05）;the total cited rate was 29（11.24%）in study group vs.18（7.09%）in control group（P0.05）;the mean quantity of down load was 18.14±17.91 in study group vs.16.89±6.24 in control group（P0.05）.The total cited rate was higher in obstetrics and gynecology than it in other specialties（P0.05）;the mean quantity of down load of papers was higher in urology surgery than it in other specialties（P0.05）.The annual indicator was higher in study group than that in control group（0.1124 vs.0.0709,P0.05）.The academic influence score was 2.26 times higher in study group than that in control group.Conclusion Published papers adopting the way of specialty session to select subject and organize manuscript can improve the annual indicator and academic influence of general medical journal;targeted subject selection can improve the impact factor of academic journal.
