我国社会阶级阶层结构的变化给党外知识分子的思想行为带来了很大的冲击,继而对党外知识分子工作也产生了很大影响。如何积极引导广大党外知识分子处理好与其他社会阶层的关系,并使广大党外知识分子与其他社会阶层在建设社会主义和谐社会中和谐相处,是当前党外知识分子工作的重心。

The structure changes in social class and social strata made great impact on the thoughts and behaviors of the non-party intellectuals,subsequently seriously affected the work with these intellectuals.It is the focus of our work with non-party intellectuals to guide them to properly handle their relations with other social strata and get along harmoniously with other social strata during the construction of a socialist harmonious society.
