方瓶三面贴标过程运动轨迹的仿真研究 被引量:8

摘要 分析了方瓶贴标机的贴标原理,根据方瓶三面贴标原理,运用Matlab 7.0拟合出了方瓶贴标过程中的理论运动轨迹。利用ADAMS仿真软件建立了方瓶的贴标模型,并进行了仿真研究,得到了方瓶的仿真运动轨迹。通过理论轨迹与仿真轨迹的对比,分析了方瓶运动轨迹的正确性及特点,为方瓶三面贴标机构的设计提供了参考。 The label principle of labeling machine for rectangular bottle was analyzed.The movement track of rectangular bottle in labeling process was fitted with Matlab 7.0 according to the label principle of rectangular bottle.The labeling model of rectangular bottle was established with ADAMS software and the simulation trajectory of rectangular bottle was obtained through simulation.Through the contrast of theoretical track and simulation track,characteristics and validity of movement track of rectangular bottle was analyzed.The purpose was to provide reference for design of three sides labeling mechanism of rectangular bottle.
