摘要
由高纯菱镁矿获得的氧化镁很难烧结,采用菱镁矿轻烧活化后与加入的少量活性碳共同细磨的工艺,可降低其烧结温度。当活性碳加入量在0.05—0.10wt%时,试样的体积密度、平均晶粒尺寸均较不加者为大;随活性碳加入量继续增加,体积密度与晶粒尺寸明显减小。
It is very difficult for sintering high purity magnesite.Sintering temperature can be decreased by grinding active magnesia and active carbon together. Doped with 0.05—0.10wt% of active carbon, the density and the average size of specimens are higher than those of specimen without additives. With the increase of the amount of additive, the density and grain size decrease apparently. The results show that a small amount of active carbon can improve the sintering behaviour and the grain growth of high purity magnesite.
