摘要
以陕西师范大学旅游管理专业本科大四实习生为研究对象,在西安宾馆、大连金石国际会议中心就实习生的实习情况进行问卷访谈。利用李克特5点式量表对数据进行量化,再通过SPSS进行对比分析。得出:(1)企业对实习生的实习情况、对实习学校的合作情况满意度相对较高;(2)以市场需求为前提,建立生动活泼的立体化教学课堂,使校企双方有效结合;(3)从企业的视角探讨校企实践教学制度建设,一方面,企业参与到学校的学科建设和课程设置中,另一方面,学校加入到企业的人才培养和录用计划中,使二者实现双赢。
The article is based on Tourism Management Bachelor of Shaanxi Normal University,senior intern for the study,in Xi'an Hotel,Dalian Golden Pebble International Convention Center for the intern's internship questionnaire interviews.Likert 5-point scale using the data to quantify,and then were analyzed by SPSS.The results show:⑴Business to interns internship,internship satisfaction with the cooperation of schools is relatively high;⑵Market demand as a precondition to the establishment of a lively three-dimensional classrooms,so that the effective integration of both schools and enterprises;⑶From the perspective of school-enterprise business practice teaching institution building,on the one hand enterprises participate in the school's disciplines and curriculum,on the other hand schools join the company's personnel training and recruitment program,so that both achieve a double win.
