院前急救创伤数据库的构建及应用

Eatablishment and implementation of trauma database of pre-hospital care

目的为实现我院创伤患者院前急救病历的信息化管理,为今后分析创伤患者的院前急救资料提供依据。方法在日常工作中利用我院自行设计的院前急救电子病历录入创伤患者临床资料,所有数据以报表的形式导入SPSS软件,从而建立SPSS数据库。结果通过院前急救电子病历完成本市急救中心2007年全年创伤病例1650例,录入便捷,资料全面准确,数据库具备统计分析、检索查询、资料共享等功能,有效服务于临床科研及教学。结论在日常工作中保证了电子病历资料完整性、准确性,而快捷录入数据建立的院前急救创伤数据库,显著降低临床、科研工作量,实现了院前急救创伤患者临床资料的信息化管理。

Objective To provide some reference for the establishing and implementation of trauma database of emergency department.Methods The clinical data of trauma patients was input by the pre-hospital electronic medical record,and SPSS database was established when all the data was input into SPSS software.Results The clinical data of 1 650 cases in urgent rescue center in Zigong City in 2007 were entered through software.The database established was characterized by the function of statistical analysis,retrieval and access,data sharing,which can effectively serve the clinical research,investigation and educational work.Conclusion The integrity and accuracy of clinical data is ensured by the pre-hospital electronic medical record and the convenience of inputting.The establishment of trauma database can significantly reduce the workload of clinical work and research work,achieving the digital management of the clinical data.
