关于桥梁抗震设计细则中塑性铰区约束箍筋最低用量及桥墩抗剪强度的探讨 被引量:1

Discussion on Minimum Amount of Confining Stirrups and Shear Strength of Pier at Plastic Hinge Area in Bridge Anti-Seismic Design Code

摘要 通过对新版桥梁抗震设计细则与国外规范中塑性铰区最低约束箍筋用量公式的对比,指出若按照新版抗震设计细则要求的塑性铰区最低约束箍筋用量配置桥墩箍筋可能无法满足抗震设计预期的延性要求,进而得出在相同配筋条件下的桥墩抗剪能力人为低估。 Through the comparison of equation for quantity of minimum confining stirrups at plastic hinge area in new bridge anti-seismic design code and foreign code,it is put forward that pier stirrups constructed with minimum confining stirrups quantity at plastic hinge area specified in new anti-seismic design code may not be able to meet the expected ductility requirement of anti-seismic design and concluded that shear strength of pier in the same reinforcement conditions is underestimated by person and new anti-seismic design code is against the idea of encouraging the promotion and application of high strength reinforcement and high performance concrete.
