A DERIVATIVE-FREE METHOD FOR SOLVING NONLINEAR EQUATIONS

摘要 非线性方程求解是计算数学领域的一个基本问题。本文给出求解上述问题的一种新算法,该算法不使用函数的导数,在一定条件下具有2阶收敛速度,并给出了初步的实验结果。 Finding the solution of a nonlinear equation is one of the fundamental problems in the realm of numerical mathematics.In this paper,we present a new approach to solve such kind of problems.The method is derivative-free and 2 order convergence rate can be reached under some proper assumptions.Preliminary numerical examples are given.
