摘要
以钼酸铵和盐酸为原料,酒石酸辅助微波水热合成粒径小于5 nm MoO2纳米粒子,粒度分布均匀。采用XRD、SEM、TEM对粉体进行了系统的表征。电子衍射图显示,MoO2纳米粒子为多晶结构。同时研究了MoO2纳米粒子的光致变色性能。紫外-可见吸收光谱分析表明,MoO2纳米溶胶具有较好的光致变色特性。
MoO2 nano-particles were synthesized with (NH4) 6Mo7024K·4H20 and HCI as the raw materials by microwave hydrothermal method assisted with tartaric acid. The average diameter of MoO2 nano-particles is less than 5 nm. The final products were analyzed with x-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). SAED images indicate that the MoO2 nano-particles have polycrystalline structures. UV- VIS analysis show that the MoO2 nano-particles had good photochromic effects.
