摘要
郑煤集团白坪煤业公司在二1煤层上部中粒砂岩中施工13采区轨道上山绞车硐室,由于该岩层埋藏深、岩性较差、节理发育等原因,造成原锚网喷支护的硐室受压变形,支护困难。通过分析巷道受力及破坏原因,在借鉴其他地点大断面硐室及基础加固浇筑的基础上,结合13采区绞车硐室及基础所处的位置,采用加长锚索+底梁配合深孔注浆、浇筑加固措施,减少了绞车硐室返修加固次数,延长了绞车硐室使用年限,保证了矿井采区的安全生产和正常接替。
The winch chamber in upward transport roadway of 13 mining zone in Baiping Coal Industry Company of Zhengzhou Coal Industry(Group) Co.,Ltd.was constructed in medium granular sandstone which locates above Ⅱ1 coal seam.The former chamber was compressed and deformed because of the deep buried depth of the rock layer,the bad lithology and the joint development,and it is hard to support.Based on draw lessons from other coal mines′ reinforcement construction of large-section chamber and its base by grouting,according to the location of winch chamber and its base in 13 mining zone,combined supporting technology with long cable and mudsill was adopted accompanying with the application of deep boreholes grouting and grouting reinforcement.The application of these measures reduced the repairing times of the winch chamber,prolonged the useful life of winch chamber,and ensured safety production and normal superseding of the coal mine.
