摘要
基于DEFORM-3D建立内螺纹冷挤压有限元模型,对其成形过程进行数值模拟。得到内螺纹冷挤压螺纹牙型,真实再现了内螺纹冷挤压三维成形过程;分析了内螺纹冷挤压成形过程中的等效应力应变及金属流动速度场的分布规律,说明了内螺纹冷挤压的成形机理;通过数值模拟得到了成形过程的挤压温度和挤压扭矩曲线,并进行了试验验证。
The forming process of internal thread by cold extrusion has become an important trend in the thread processing for aircraft landing gear,high-speed train and others because of its excellent anti-fatigue performance.The numerical simulation on forming process of internal thread by cold extrusion was carried out based on the finite element model established by using DEFORM-3D software.The forming process of internal thread cold extrusion was truly reappeared.The distribution of effective stress,effective strain and the metal flow velocity field during the forming process were analyzed to further illustrate the forming principle of internal cold extrusion.The extrusion torque and temperature during the forming process were derived,and experimentally verified.
