摘要
变电站工程中,管母数量多,焊接工作量非常大,为了满足通大电流及高机械强度要求,管母一般都采用了大截面、大厚度的铝合金管,重量大。因此管母焊接工作任务繁重、施工难度大、对质量工艺水平要求高、施工需要大量的人力且存在一定的安全隐患。为彻底解决上述问题,研发出了万向轮可调式管母焊接平台。
The welding work is heavy as the quantity of tubular bus is large in the substation. Tubu lar bus usually adopts a large cross-section and large thickness of aluminum tube to meet the demand of high current and high mechanical strength. The welding work has the feature of heavy work, diffi- culty of construction,high requirements of process, and a lot of human and security risks. This paper proposes a "universal wheel adjustable tubular bus welding platform" to settle the problems.
