摘要
2012年初贵州大部分地区持续低温雨雪天气导致输电线路出现覆冰,再一次危害到电网安全,通过完善的应急管理体系和常态化的防冰机制,充分发挥“三大措施”的核心作用,将冰雪带来的危害降到最低,实现了三大防冰目标,未发生倒塔事故,保障了电网安全稳定运行。
Icing occured over the transmission lines caused by the disastrous weathers persisted for an exceptionally long time period in most areas of Guizhou Province in early 2012, and was directly related to the operation safety of the power system. The perfect emergency management system and normalizing anti - icing mechanism, produced full core effects of the three main measures that keeping damage to a minimum, reached all anti - icing goals without the tower falling, and ensured the stable operation of power grid.
