摘要
介绍了热泵精馏技术的研究进展与其在石化、精细化工中的应用现状;分析了将其应用于煤焦化化产加工中的可靠性、经济性等主要影响因素;并测算了热泵精馏技术应用于煤焦化化产加工中取得的节能效果,与常规工艺相比,热泵精馏应用于工业萘精馏和苯精制中可分别降低能耗34.3%和47.4%。
This article introduced the research progress and application of heat pump distillation technology in petrochemical industry and fine chemical industry, analyzed main influence factor about reliability and economy applied to coke chemical process, estimated energy sources saving effect applied heating pump distillation technology to coke chemical process. Compared with the conventional process, applying heat pump distillation technology in the distillation of industrial naphthalene and benzene rectifying can reduce the energy consumption by 34.3% and by 47.5% respectively.
