Control System Mixed Blast Furnace Gas with Converter Gas in Zhangdian Steel

张店钢铁总厂高炉-转炉混气控制系统主要由高炉、转炉煤气流量双闭环比值控制单元和转炉煤气压力定值控制单元组成。该系统自投运后,保证了高炉、转炉煤气以最佳方式按一定的体积比混合,轧钢加热炉提温显著增快,减少了高炉煤气用量,减少了转炉煤气的排放,节约了能源。

The control system mixed blast furnace gas with converter gas at Zhangdian Iron and Steel General Works mainly is consisted of the double closed loop ratio control unit for gas flux of blast furnace and converter, and fixed set point control unit for gas pressure of converter. Since use, this system ensured that optimum mixing ratio between blast furnace gas and converter, fast rising speed for heating furnace of roiling steel, reducing consumption of blast furnace gas and reducin~ emission of converter ~as. savin~ ~nar~,v snnr,-~,~
