Constitution is of extraordinary significance in the history of Chinese legal system in the late Qing Dynasty.It opens the door to legal modernization in China.Although the constitution in late Qing Dynasty is a humiliation of legal change and a failure in the eyes of posterity,it left endless thinking to descendants.Today our constitutional construction can still get inspiration from it.
