完善民事执行制度的思考

On Perfect Civil Execution System

当前,人民法院审理的民事案件后执行难成了社会的热点、难点,影响了我国的法治进程。最高人民法院也开展了如"执行难"活动年的活动,各地法院也纷纷开展了"执行会战",集中气力执行积案和强化委托执行工作,取得了一些效果,但对于根治这个久治不愈的顽症又显得有些力不从心。破解执行难,需从立法、执行体制、国民素质等多方面入手。

At present,the implementation of the civil case in the people＇s court has become a hot topic in society and it affects the process of laws in our country.The Supreme People＇s court also has carried out the activities of ＂difficult implementation＂ yearly and the court in every district also has the battle against the difficulties and tires to solve the job which has been delayed and enforced and achieves some effects.But it is hard to eliminate the root of the difficult implement of the civil case.In order to solve this problem,one must start with the following aspects： legislation,implement and the populace＇s cultivation.
