论构建民办高校中青年专任教师激励机制的前提和原则——以X学院为例 被引量:4

摘要 近年来,民办高校X学院中青年专任教师出现大面积快速流失,从根本上说源自该校没有适时建立起有效的教师激励机制。构建这种有效激励机制的根本前提是理顺民办高校内外部领导管理体制,真正健全民办高校内部领导管理体制,规范决策、执行、监督和民主参与等环节的有效运行机制,高教主管部门应当建立并强化对民办高校管理体制、办学投入、师资队伍建设等方面的评价和监管机制;应当坚持人本激励和目标激励相结合、物质性激励与精神性激励相结合、公平激励与竞争激励相结合、正激励与负激励相结合等基本原则。 Due to the lack of effective incentive mechanism,there is a high quit rate among young and middle-aged full-time teachers in x college for the past few years.In order to construct incentive mechanism of private college,many operation mechanisms should be established such as standard decision-making,execution,supervision and democratic participation.Meanwhile,higher education competent departments should establish and strengthen evaluation and supervision mechanism of private colleges,including management system,educational investment and construction of teaching staff etc.During the operation of private colleges,a few basic principles should be insisted on combining such as humanistic incentive and target motivation,material incentive and spiritual incentive,fair incentive and competitive incentive,positive reinforcement and negative reinforcement etc.
