Lu Xun and Lao She,these two great writers in China modern literary history,had their own distinguish writing styles.But there are many similar things between them on their cultural choice,such an the trans-cultural background,their complicated and contradictious mentality,the positive attitude,high enthusiasm,etc..While they criticized Chinese traditional culture and rethink profoundly,they missed the tradition deeply and wanted to go back to the tradition.While they were attracted by west culture,they always could analyze and choose it rationally and cautiously.It is the most important that they had been positively constructing the cultural ideal in their own unique ways during the course of their writing.
