股骨颈轴长及内侧偏距对髋部骨质疏松性骨折的影响

摘要 目的分析髋部骨质疏松性骨折患者股骨颈轴长及内侧偏距变化对骨折危险性的影响。方法选取2010年6月至2011年3月南华大学附属第一医院55岁以上骨质疏松症患者90例,其中髋部新鲜骨质疏松性骨折组42例,对照组48例,利用法国Osteocore 3双能X线骨密度仪配置的高级骨科专用分析测量工具包,测量股骨颈轴长和内侧偏距,进行统计学分析,比较各组间的差异。结果骨折组中股骨颈轴长和内侧偏距均增大(P<0.05),与对照组的差异具有统计学意义。结论髋部骨质疏松性骨折患者股骨颈轴长和内侧偏距的变化,使骨骼负荷增加,是影响骨折发生的重要因素。 Objective To evaluate the influence of femoral neck axis length (FNAL) and medial offset (MO) in predicting osteoporotic hip fractures.Methods and methods The measurements of 90 osteoporotic cases were collected from June 2010 to March 2011.There were 42 cases in the group of hip fresh osteoporotic fracture,and 48 cases in the control group.Their FNAL and MO were measured by Osteocore 3 DXA and senior orthopaedic special analysis tool.The difference of two group was compared with statistic analysis.Results The FNAL and MO in the hip fracture group were longerthan that in the control one (P0.05).Conclusion The difference of FNAL and MO may add the load to proximal femoral,which can increase the risk of the hip fracture.
