摘要
分析了国内高校学院制的发展历程及国外不同类型的学院制,提出建立一种在董事会领导下院长总负责的行政权力和学术权力相协调的的学院管理体制,并建立相应的民主管理监督机制,以促进学院健康稳定发展.
This paper introduces the development history of China＇s college systems in higher education and different types of college systems in foreign countries.It also proposes a novel college management system of the integrative charge of the college by dean with the coordination of administrative and academic authority and under the leadership of the trustee.Thus,a democratic management and supervising mechanism will be established to enhance the stable and healthy development of the secondary college.
