TLC法快速鉴别保健品中非法添加的7种降糖类药物

Determination of seven antidiabetics illegally adulterated into health care products by TLC

目的筛查保健品中非法添加的格列本脲和瑞格列奈等7种化学降糖药物。方法分别以环己烷-乙酸乙酯-甲醇-冰乙酸(14∶6∶1∶0.1)和环己烷∶乙酸乙酯∶冰乙酸(5∶5∶0.1)为展开剂进行筛查。结果 7种化学药物分离良好。结论该方法快速、简便,可用于保健品中非法添加降糖类药物的快速定性检查。

Objective To screen 7 synthetic anti-diabetic drugs（Glibenclamide,Repaglinide,etc.） illegally added in health care products.Methods The cyclohexane-acetic ether-methanol-glacial acetic acid（14∶ 6∶ 1∶ 0.1）and cyclohexane-acetic ether-glacial acetic acid（5∶ 5∶ 0.1）were used as developers.Results Seven different antidiabetics were detected respectively by above two TLC system.Conclusion This method is reliable and suitable to determine antidiabetics adulterated into the health care products.
