目的腹腔镜胆囊切除术胆囊(Calot)的解剖是手术成败的关健,该文探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术中Calot三角正确的解剖方法和操作技巧,从而达到减少因Calot三角操作不当引起的腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)严重并发症。方法回顾该院9 152例腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床资料及严重并发症发生的原因,结合我们在手术操作中的体会,总结出腹腔镜胆囊切除术Calot三角的操作方法和解剖技巧。结果 8 693例LC中,发生严重并发症29例,与Calot三角操作直接有关的21例,占72.4%。结论正确掌握Calot三角的操作方法和解剖技巧对于防止腹腔镜胆囊切除术严重并发症的发生有着重要意义。

Objective To discuss the correct methods and skills of the laparoscopic cholecystectomy Calot triangle in the anatomy,in order to reduce LC serious complications due to improper operation Calot triangle.Methods A retrospective review was made of 9 152 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy clinical data and causes for serious complications.Based on our experience,this paper summarizes the operational methods and anatomy skills.Results 8 693lc,29 cases of serious complications,and directly related to the operation of 21 cases of Calot triangle,72.4%.Conclusion Correct grasp of the operation method and anatomical skills to prevent the serious complications of laparoscopic cholecystectomy has important significance.
