牛黄宁宫片治疗精神分裂症65例

Clinical Analysis of Niuhuang Ninggong Tablet in Treating 65 Cases of Schizophrenia

目的观察牛黄宁宫片治疗精神分裂症患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法将130例诊断为精神分裂症的患者随机分为两组,每组65例。对照组使用常规药物丁二酸洛沙平胶囊治疗,治疗组应用牛黄宁宫片和小剂量丁二酸洛沙平胶囊治疗,疗程均为10周。用阴性和阳性症状量表(PANSS)评定临床疗效,用不良反应量表(TESS)评价药物不良反应。结果治疗10周后,治疗组的总有效率为87.69%,对照组为84.62%,两组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。应用牛黄宁宫片治疗的患者不良反应发生率小于对照组,且两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论应用牛黄宁宫片治疗精神分裂症具有临床疗效好、安全性好等优点,可在临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects and safety of Niuhuang Ninggong Tablet in the treatment of schizophreni- a. Methods 130 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups. The control group （65 cases） was treated with loxapine and the treatment group （65 cases） with Niuhuang Ninggong Tablet plus small dose of loxapine. The treatment course was 10 weeks in the two groups. The clinical efficacy was assessed with Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale （PANSS） and the Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale （TESS） was used for the evaluation of drug side effects. Results After 10-week treatment,the total effective rate was 87.69% in the treatment group and 84.62% in the control group without statistical difference （P 〉 0. 05）. The rate of adverse reac- tions in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group with statistical difference（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Application of Niuhuang Ninggong Tablet in the treatment of schizophrenia has the advantages of good clinical efficacy, less side effects and good safety,which can be used in clinical practice.
