摘要 "卓越工程师教育培养计划"提出我国的高等工程教育应培养应用型、设计型、研究型卓越工程师。其中,应用型卓越工程师是我国未来工程师队伍的主体,培养应用型卓越工程师是实施该计划的第一步。未来的工程人才必须是集知识、素质和能力于一身的高水平人才,应用型工程师培养方案的制定必须立足于其基本素质结构的要求;围绕应用型工程师的培养目标科学合理地设置课程、选择课程内容和教学方法;实施通识教育基础上的专业教育模式。 " The Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers" puts forward that higher engi- neering education in China should train the applied, designed, researched outstanding engineers. Applied outstanding engineer is the main part of future engineer group in China, and training the applied outstanding engineers is the first step to implement the plan. The future engineers should be the high - level talents com- bined with knowledge, quality, and skill. The training plan of applied engineers is to base on the need of their basic quality structure. The scientific setting of curriculums and the choice of curriculum contents and teaching methods should be centered on the training objectives of applied engineers. And the model of profes- sional education is implemented on the basis of general education.
