理工类高校知识产权人才培养方略研究 被引量:23

摘要 我国知识产权专业人才紧缺,制约了国家知识产权战略的实施。知识产权人才属于复合型人才,社会对知识产权人才的需求具有层次性和多样性。理工类高校培养知识产权人才具有独特的优势,在人才培养的过程中应该做到尊重规律、彰显特色、面向市场。双学位、辅修专业和特色研究生教育是培养知识产权人才的有效途径,同时面向全体大学生的知识产权通识教育亦应以合适的方式获得强化。知识产权人才的培养还应该争取政府部门的支持,并注意和社会知识产权实务部门的合作。 The shortage of talents in intellectual property restricts the implementation of national mtetlec- tual property strategy. The talents in intellectual property belong to the compound talents, and the social de- mands for talents in intellectual property are muhilayer and diverse. Colleges and universities of science and technology have unique advantage in training talents in intellectual property talents, and they should respect the law, embody features and face the market in the process of training talents. Double degree, minor profes- sion and the characteristic graduate education are effective ways to train talents in intellectual property, while general education of intellectual property facing the whole students should be strengthened in a right way. In or- der to train talents in intellectual property, colleges and universities should also strive for the support of gov- ernment, and pay attention to cooperate with practical departments of social intellectual property.
