摘要
校企联合培养电子信息类创新人才是指由企业全面参与学生的培养,从而使学生达到进企业直接上岗的就业要求。此目标可通过企业参与指导创新人才定位、培养方案制定、实验和实践教学、就业指导等活动来实现。实践证明,电子信息类创新人才校企联合培养新模式的实施,可以带来高校、企业、学生三方共赢的效果。
