摘要
柠檬苦素(Limonin)是存在于芸香科(Rutaceae)和楝科(Meliaceae)植物中的一类三萜系(Triterpenoids)化合物。它在柑橘中含量最高,但也是引起柑橘苦味的重要物质。近年来国内外对柠檬苦素及其类似物的生物活性做了大量的研究,它具有抗癌性、抗肿瘤活性、抗菌性、镇痛消炎等多种生物活性,在食品和药品行业大有开发前景,本文主要是对柠檬苦素及其类似物的生理功能进行综述。
Limonin is a compound of triterpenoids,which exists in rutaceae and meliaceae families plants.It takes the highest content of citrus,also a important material causing citrus bitter taste.Recent years,limonin and its biological activities were researched internationally,and it has great development prospects in food and drug industry.It can resist cancer,tumor and bacterial,also has a better analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect.This paper mainly summarized physiological function of limonins.
