微波等离子体选育高抗菌活性纳豆杆菌研究 被引量:2

摘要 应用微波等离子(N+,20w,2min)溅射纳豆芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis natto N102),筛选得到高抗菌活性突变株H332,该突变株抗菌活性对大肠杆菌较亲株提高1.48倍(抑菌圈直径),对金黄色葡萄球菌较亲株提高1.32倍(抑菌圈直径),经过对突变株H332的抗菌状况及其继代稳定性分析,确认获得高抗菌活性菌株采用微波等离子溅射诱变育种技术是一种有效的方法。 Mutagensis H332 was obtained by screening after microwave plasma(N+,20W,2min) sputtering of bacillus subtilis natto N102.This mutagensis antibacterial activity to E.coli was 1.48 times(antibacterial circle diameter) higher than that of the original strains N102 and to S.aureus strains was 1.32 times(antibacterial circle diameter) higher than that of the original strains N102.After analysis of subculture stability and antibacterial to the mutant H332,Microwave plasma sputtering was an effective method to gain high antimicrobial activity strains.
