摘要 厨余垃圾、秸秆和淀粉废水中含有丰富的有机质。研究的目的在于降解有机物和利用这些有机物生产单细胞蛋白。实验将厨余垃圾、秸秆和淀粉废水经过预处理后制成供酵母菌和枯草芽孢杆菌发酵的培养基。发酵两天以后,我们通过对OD600(光密度)值的测定来判断微生物单细胞蛋白的生物量,然后通过测定发酵前后培养基COD(化学需氧量)的值判断废弃有机质的降解情况。实验结果显示,经过两天的发酵,厨余垃圾和淀粉废水的OD值到达1.8-2.0,COD的降解率为80-95%,而秸秆废水的OD值只有0.2,COD的降解率也只有20%。所以,厨余垃圾和淀粉废水可以被酵母菌和枯草芽孢杆菌发酵制成单细胞蛋白,而秸秆不能被其制成单细胞蛋白。 Kitchen trash,straw and starch waste water contains abundant organic matter.The purpose of this experiment was to degrade organic waste as well as generate single cell protein.In this study,we disposed slightly kitchen trash,straw and starch waste water which were regarded as fermentation medium which provide nutrients for yeast and Bacillus subtilis.In the second days after fermentation,we measured the production of the microbial single cell protein through the medium of the determination of OD600(optical delnsity) and the degradation of organic waste through the determination of COD(Chemical Oxygen Demand).In conclusion,after the second days of fermentation,the OD600 of kitchen trash and starch wastewater that the degradation of COD was 80-95% was 1.8-2.0,when the OD600 of straw that the degradation of COD was 20% was 0.2.In conclusion,kitchen trash and starch wastewater could be fermented by yeast and Bacillus subtilis to make single cell protein through experimental data,but straw could not be fermented.
